During the build up to the festival, I did a lot of planning and preparing to ensure that I was prepared for it.
I had to undertake regular checks on the artists to be sure that they would all be able to perform. I also had to do some leafleting to primary schools where there was both parents and children, to ensure the maximum amount of people would attend. Also, I had to go over the people who were attending to hold their own workshops, with Ben Cole. These are just a few of the tasks that I did and a lot of preparation went into it so that I felt prepared for it.
